A butterfly in Spring

Oh how beautiful the world after the rain
A wonderful pleasure to enjoy after the pain
I want to wander now the woods in the hills
And listen to sweet songs of birds that give me chills

Oh how sweet are the moments that happen in spring
Grasping fresh air that melts away whining winter blues
It is where the beauty of lovely things begin
It gives us the sun and sky with amazing hues

Oh how lovely are the orchids ,flowers and hays
A double rainbow gratifies my gloomy day
What stunning and lovely sight it is today
I’m no longer a sad butterfly dallying self away

Sometimes Silence is so Loud

Sometimes silence is so loud

Thoughts overcast over me  like clouds

They flutter like butterflies

Flashing vision behind my eyes

My mind keeps imagining

Somehow words are heavy rain pouring

Endless ideas want to escape

Penning will surely make them safe

At times I feel freed from crowd

In a place that no one talks aloud

Sometimes silence is so loud

Words will fly freely like  flock of doves
